Strawberries

If you have any left (!) you may:

Macerate the berries in sugar and lemon juice - chop the berries and add 3/4 to 1 cup of sugar plus 1 Tbl of lemon juice per pint. Mash the berries with a fork and freeze for later use (or use immediately) in a bread or cake. The cookbook "Simply in Season" has a wonderful Strawberry Bread recipe.

Make jam!
