Parsley

Toss into salad.

Use in soups (add towards the end)

Use in stir-fries (add towards the end)

Use with Cilantro to make a Chimichurri marinade for proteins and vegetables. This is an excellent Argentinian dish - many versions exist.

Chop finely and freeze in ice cube trays - fill and cover just the top of each section with water. Then use in recipes throughout the year.
